Kathy Smalley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Smalley of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Gibbs and Lina Gibbs (Westbrook); and her sister Connie Gibbs Armstrong. She is survived by: her husband Jim Smalley; her sons, Gregory James Smalley and Dr. Christopher Mark Smalley (Amy); her grandchildren, Patrick Smalley, Timothy Smalley, Susannah Smalley and Tracian Walker; her great grandchild Hailey Morgan; and her brothers, Charlie Cecil Gibbs Jr. (Connie) and Gary Lee Gibbs (Laura).
