It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Michael Clark (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jude, Flaget Clark, Judith Ridley and Norman Joseph Bergman; and his uncle Jude Clark.

He is survived by: his parents, Michael Clark and Leslie Clark; his siblings, Julian Clark and Katlyn Clark; and his grandmother Janet C. Bergman. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
