She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Hopewell and Lelah Hopewell (George Merrifield); and her children, Donna Mudd (Jimmy), Greg (Beth), Gary and Lisa Dean (Glenn).

June and George established the St Jude Foundation (awarding grants to agencies providing assistance to drug and alcohol addicted youth).
