She is survived by: her husband James VanWormer; her children, James Spellman Jr. (Debbie), John Spellman (Jennifer) and Jessica Fultineer (Gene); and her siblings, Wayne McCombs (Glenda), Denise Henderson and Cherie Dorsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
