She is survived by: her sons, Edward Jay Hockersmith and Timothy Jennings Hockersmith; her grandsons, Adam Hockersmith and Tyler Hockersmith; her great grandchild Alexis Hockersmith; and her siblings, Ann Logsdon (Gary) and James Staples (Betty).
