He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George "Pepaw" Maier and Delores "Memaw" Maier. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia "Shellie" Fusting (Donnie) and Michael Maier (Dana); his siblings, Jacob "Jake" Maier (Amanda) and Jordan D'Amico (Joey); his stepsisters, Jessica Radaker (Neal), McKenzie Willett, Baylee Scearce (Jacob) and Sydney Willett; his grandparents, Momo, Popo and Baba; his nieces and nephews, Hudson Maier, Atlas D'Amico, Tyler, Wesley Scearce, Tessa Scearce and Adrian D'Amico; and his legged good boy Travis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
