He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie (Tim Conder) and Karen (Brad Wirth); his mother-in-law Nancy Ruffra; his siblings, Keith (Paula), John Mattingly and Michelle Grace (Mike); and his uncle Joe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church (760 Eastern Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40217). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Jeremy Mattingly Foundation, Inc, 856 Linwood Ave., Louisville, KY 40217.
