He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Wray Crouse. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Warcewicz of Louisville, Kim Halverson of Louisville and Kevin Crouse of St Joe Beach. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
