He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Everett and Cora Alene Burt (Cook) of Louisville; his wife Dollie Burt (Sermon); his son Mark Anthony Burt; and his siblings, Louis, Bill, Raymond, Bob, Jim, Pat and Norma Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Bailey (Mike), Betty Huber, Keith Burt (Kim) and Lorie Burt; and his sisters, Sister Mary Corrine Burt and Sister Mary. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren.
