He was predeceased by: his father John Thomas Culbreth of Sweeden, KY.; and his niece Erin Turner York. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Wells Culbreth; his wife Julia; his children, Gibson Lee, Haley Collins and Teresa Kate; and his siblings, Craig Culbreth (Laura), Teresa Houchin and Melissa Fulkerson (Bobby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
