He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Deatrick and Helen Deatrick (Sweeney); his sister Doris Malloy; his brother-in-law Jim Malloy; his brother William E. Deatrick, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Deatrick and Ray Bischof; and his nephew Kevin Malloy.
He is survived by: his sister Anita Bischof; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Deatrick. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, 28 great nieces and great nephews and many beloved cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Father had requested memorial donations be made in his memory to St. Martha School, Bellarmine University, Flaget Alumni Association or to St. Xavier High School.
