He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Williams and Margaret Flynn Williams; his wife Mary Catherine Kotheimer Kleier (Kitty); his sister Doris Williams Blaine; and his close friend Jane Uhling.

He is survived by : his cousins, Rick, Peggy Schweinhart, Jim, Virginia Pontrich and Kevin Devlin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martha Catholic Church (2825 Klondike Ln, Louisville, KY 40218). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).

No flowers please. Memorial gifts may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Martha Catholic Church or Mass of the Air.
