It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Parks (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Keenus Parks and Betty Noe Parks; his son Joe Vogel; and his siblings, Hansel Parks, Dru Ditto, Debbie Michalec and Kathy Denny.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Clark; his daughter Heather Simpson (Shayne); his grandchildren, Alexis Wright and Jordan Simpson; and his sister-in-law Linda Parks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
