He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Sr. Terry and Alberta Terry (Holtouser) of Louisville, Kentucky.; his wife Sherry Terry (Maze); and his brothers, Jack and Jim Spradling.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stacy Ennis (Justin) and Melissa Wise (Shawn); his grandchildren, Trevor Powell, Austin Wise (Alexis), Kaitlyn Wise (Trey Vize) and Stella Wise; and his brother Jan Terry.
