He is survived by: his father Michael J. Miller; his stepmother Mary Corbett; his siblings, Donald Carder (Kristen), Jack Corbett (Amy), Derick Flowers and Dana Anderson; his nephews, Waylon and James Carder; and his niece Elizabeth Carder. He is also survived by family members and friends.
