Werner (Louisville, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Jeanette Werner; his wife Elaine Werner; his children, Avery Werner, Nick Johnson (Karen) and Gretchen Johnson (Chad Boggs); his granddaughters, Emily Haas and Natalie Haas; his sisters, Judith Lemke, Judith Davison (Walter Fletcher) and Gloria Riffey (David); and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Lemke (Kara), Nathaniel Lemke, Sarah Funk (Mike), Andrew Riffey (Diana), Brian Davison (Cindy), Larry Davison (Wei) and Alice Davison McDonough (Marty). He was also cherished by his 15 great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial.
