He is survived by: his wife Lisa Burks Sisk; his children, Matthew Sisk and Cara Wasson (Steven); his siblings-in-law, Jacalyn Burks-Mauer (Charles), Mary Burks and Father William Burks; his friend Sister Mary Ann Tarquinio; his grandchildren, Christian, Ethan and Clementine; his goddaughter Mary Margaret Mauer (Jordan VanDyne); and his nieces, Cheri and Linda Stettenbenz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home Chapel (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
