She was predeceased by: her parents, Dillard Witten and Mary Witten; and her sister Linda Kemper. She is survived by: her husband Charles Blain; her sisters, Charlene Ellis (John) and Roberta Reiter (Mark); her siblings-in-law, Barbara Hall (John) and Donald Blain; and her nieces and nephews, Laura, Lindsey, John and Matthew. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, extended family.
