He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frame and Judy Frame. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie "Duck" Frame; his brother Cary Frame (Margaret); and his brother-in-law John Corso. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
