He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Williamson and Maude P. Williamson; his son Lance O. Williamson; his sister Barbara; and his brother-in-law Fontaine Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Wilhelmus; his son Justin Williamson; his nephews, Robert Banks (Stacey) of Prospect, KY and Fontaine "Chip" Banks (Anne) of Frankfort, KY; his cousin Lucy Bo Bussey (Davis) of Versailles, KY.; his great-nephews, Patrick Banks (Katy) of Fairfield, CT and Daniel Banks (Kristin) of Nashville, TN; and his great-niece Betsy Ranier (Justin) of Orlando, FL..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Christ Church United (4614 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville, KY 40207).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Louisville's Waterfront Park, 129 River Rd., Louisville, KY 40202, attention Ashley Smith, in Jim's memory.
