He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Taylor, Sr. and Laura Roberts Taylor; his siblings, John Taylor and Phyllis Rodgers; and his brother-in-law Bob Rodgers.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta B. Taylor; his sister Alice Redmon; his children, Todd Taylor and Patti Sisson (Greg); his grandchildren, Sara Voorhees (Sam), Emily Vaughn (Kyle), Adam Sisson (Ashley) and Rachel Sisson; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Knox, Oliver Voorhees, Brooks and Grayson Vaughn. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pearsons Funeral Home (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pearson's (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207).
