He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Claudene Hartlauf, Claude Devine and Helen Boyd. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Devine and Diane Devine; his wife Amber Devine (Hartwig); his brother Claude Devine (Ann); his nephew Claude Devine II; his niece Katherine Devine; his mother-in-law Serenity Starr; and his sister-in-law Christina Swan (Blake Hemberger).

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213).
