We bid farewell to James Byron Tennill Jr. of Louisville, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 21, 2025 at the age of 81. James Byron touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Byron Tennill, Sr. and Virginia Thurman Tennill. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Garland; his children, Terri Lee Tennill Scharff (Mark), James B. Tennill, III (Kelley) and Noah Garland Huffman (Katie); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Byron Johnson (Tessa), Trevor Tennill Johnson, Parker Tennill, James "Alex" Tennill and Ada Huffman; his great grandchildren, Teagan and Liam Johnson; and his niece Becky Farcin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Et Pearson Funeral Home (149 Breckenridge Ln, Louisville, KY 40207). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Church United (4614 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville, KY 40207).
