He is survived by: his parents, Henry Frank and Fannie Frank; his children, Toni Bowers (Steve), John Frank and Mike Hartlage (Donna); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Daniel (Jonathan), Michele Edgell (Matt), Brandon Frank (Brandy), Steven "Duke" Bowers (Tishia), Brandi Stiles, Joshua Cain (Meghan) and Corey Sandlin.
