He is survived by: his daughters, Arica Hack (James), Brandie Jackey (Luis) and Kaylen Cotton; and his siblings, Denise Lyons (Glenn), Victor (Cindy), Kevin, Johnny and Thomas Jackey (Melissa). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
