Gayle Gregory King Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayle Gregory King of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Gregory and Margaret Gregory; her brother Dyche Gregory; her former husband R. C. King, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Ann Gregory (Steele).
She is survived by: her children, Courtney Stevens (Greg), Collie King (Shana) and Hunter King (Emily); her grandchildren, Annie Stevens, Alex Stevens, Reece King, Aaron King, Walker King, Preston King and Ellie-Kate King; her brother Steele Gregory; and her sister-in-law Lindy Gregory (Dyche). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anchorage Presbyterian Church (11403 Park Rd, Anchorage, KY 40243). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Owl Creek Country Club (12400 N Osage Rd, Anchorage, KY 40223).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Anchorage Presbyterian Church (https://www.anchoragepresbyterian.org), Make-A-Wish or Belmont Village Senior Living Cares Fund.
