He is survived by: his wife Wilma Rose; his children, Nikki Lee (Michael) of High Point, NC, Robin Smith (Mallory) of Charlotte, NC, Katrina Lester of Louisville, KY, Christina DeLoatche of Louisville, KY, Christal Wordlow (Darrick) of Louisville, KY, Stephen Faulkner of Louisville, KY and Michael Faulkner of Louisville, KY; and his siblings, Rosalind Boulware of High Point, NC and Andre Boulware of Atlantic City, NJ. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Community Hope Baptist Church (6416 Vandre Ave, Louisville, KY 40228). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
