He was predeceased by: his parents, Zona Biven and Joseph Biven; his brother James Biven; and his grandmother Virginia Rueve. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Jacqueline, Phillip (Amanda) and Drew (Ariel); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Brandon, Isaiah, Raegan, Tanner, Ayden and London; and his sister Sandra Lawless.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
