He is survived by: his children, Sommer, Erick and Cody; his grandchildren, Mason, Kennedy and Layla of Louisville, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Michael, Patrick, Thomas, Nancy (Gene), Sally (Jeff) and Betsy (Tim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
