We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025, at the age of 85, Franklin Russell of Louisville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Franklin departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Franklin. Though Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mocherman and Virginia Mocherman (Hendren). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Russell; his daughter Bonita Sue Benningfield (Phillip); his great grandchildren, Riley Rose, Easton Rose, Kayden Mengedoht and Kelly Benningfield; and his sisters, Florence Block and Margie Mocherman.
