The passing of Faye Whitworth of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 94. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Leon and Faye Elizabeth Clement (Smith); and her husband William Houston Whitworth. She is survived by: her brother Jack Reese Clement of Palo Alto, California; her children, Cheryl Faye Donaldson (Warren), Patricia Whitworth Puckett and William Alan Whitworth (Jo); and her grandchildren, Thomas Adam Puckett (Ashley) of Louisville, William Andrew Whitworth (Ashley) of Louisville, Mark Alan Puckett (Beth) of Louisville, Allison Faye Miller (Brent) of Louisville, William Robert Donaldson (Stephanie) of Louisville and Rachel Alayne Swann (Brice) of Rome, Italy. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
