She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Church and Samuel Church; her husbands, William H. Clark and Gene Smith; her siblings, John, Marvin, Charlie, Earl and Elizabeth; and her children-in-law, Raymond Roth and Nancy Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Clark (Darlene), David Clark (Dora), Patricia Coats (Vernon), Sandra Roth and Donald Clark. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
