She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Thomas Bradshaw; her children, James Michael Bradshaw, Francis Raphael Bradshaw, Thomas Gerald Bradshaw (Jackie) and Sandra Ann Gutierrez; her grandson TJ Bradshaw; and her parents, Leonard Mattingly and Madeline Mattingly.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Daniel Bradshaw (Jean), Elizabeth Diane Sandusky (Gerry), David Mattingly Bradshaw (Debbie), Kathleen Marie Coble (Tony) and Beverly Ann Bradshaw; her sisters, Ruth Ann Mattingly (Alice) and Carolyn Green; and her sister-in-law Betsy Lou Mattingly. She is also survived by Seventeen Grandchildren; thirty three great grandchildren; and 3 great, great grandchildren.
