He is survived by: his wife Karen Shuff Theobald; his daughters, Kendall Theobald Carey (Phillip) and Karson Theobald Hardy (Thomas); his grandchildren, Aubree, Mira Carey, Golden and Ryder Hardy; his sister Eleanor Curtis; and his pet Cody.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman Brother's Funeral Home (3711 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ratterman Funeral Home (3711 Lexington Rd, Louisville, KY 40207).
