He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Crutcher and Georgia Lee Crutcher; and his siblings, Gregory Crutcher and Sandra Jean Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Leslie Crutcher (Gail) of Louisville Kentucky, Vincent Crutcher of Louisville Kentucky, Roderick Crutcher of New Albany, Indiana and Nitchia Pulliam (Arnold) of Burlington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
