He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Irma Jockell, Juanita and Earl Yates; and his stepdaughter Karlie Mellick.
He is survived by: his wife Kara; his sons, Kody and Dalton; his parents, David Jockell (Sarah) and Deborah Mitchell (Dwight); his sister Heather Campos (George); his nieces, Alexis and Mikayla; and his nephew Landon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
