She was predeceased by: her son Roger Andrew West. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Avery, Pamela Denise Oliver, Valeria Perkins, Gregory Oliver, Calvin West (Tonita) and Carolyn West. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins and friends.
