She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adams and Carmia Caudill Adams; her husband Clarence Reed Fields; her son Jeffrey Brian Fields; and her brother James Bernard Adams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mitzi Fields Root (Tim) and Lori Ann Fields (Matt Sweeney); and her grandson Stephen Root.
