He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Myers and Geraldine Gootee. He is survived by: his children, Pam Slovacek and Steven Myers; his brother Joe Lee Myers; his son-in-law Jeff Coke; his children, Janet Coke and Victor Myers (Vickie); his siblings, Larry, Ernestine and Mary; and also Donnie. He is also survived by grandchildren; 8 – great – grandchildren.
