She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Smith and Willie T. Smith; and her siblings, William Smith Jr. and Ordell P. Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Taya Thomas (Alvin) and Kenitha Jordan-Thomas (Kennedy); her siblings, Bettie Miles (Steve), Herbert Mitchell Smith (Terri), Odell P. Smith (Doris) and Robert Smith; her grandchildren, K'eiondra, Iman, K'eion, D'eion, Deanna, Darian, Romica, Kenneth and Bryan; and her great grandchildren, D'eion, K'eion, Donovan, Tristian, D'Zaria, Ava, Avion, O'ryan, Noah and Kanaija. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (1501 Louis Coleman Jr Drive, Louisville, KY 40211). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
