He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kramer and Dorothy Kramer; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Kramer (Jim). He is survived by: his fiancée Judy Skeeters of Louisville; his son David Kramer (Nyssa); his grandchildren, Douglas, Kolby and Trista; his stepgrandchildren, Tatem Madden, Kelsie Madden and Kylie Madden; and his brothers, Gary (Alice), Richard and Jim. He is also survived by his family including previous stepchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home (903 W Custer Ave, Pontiac, IL 61764). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
