It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Michael Schultz of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Schultz and Florence Schultz; and his siblings, Bobbi, Fred, Dottie, Sandy, Micky and Roger.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherri Tomes; his son David Michael Schultz II; his stepdaughter Adrienne Keowen; his grandchildren, David Michael Schultz III, Lily Marie Schultz and Camden Robert Schultz; and his siblings, Donald, Jerry, Betty and Judy. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Shively, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
