He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Foushee and Agnes Foushee; and his brother Paul Michael. He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Sarah (Justin), Chris (Kelly Jo) and Melissa; his grandchildren, Kailey, Maggie, Ally, Jonah, Lyla, Lilly, Lindsey, Cullen, Brooks and Charlie; and his sisters, Cindy (Mike), Alexine and Benesia (Pat).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A Mass was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Incarnation Catholic Church (2229 Lower Hunters Trace, Louisville, KY 40216).
