He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his siblings, Charles Key of Shepherdsville, KY and Marcella Gabbard of Bowling Green, KY; his children, Wendy Key O'Banion (David), Michael David (Carol) and John David (Shannon); his stepchildren, Jonathan Corum (Andrea) and Juliette Cross (Alex); his grandchildren, Whitney O'Banion, Reeves (Craig), Kara Key (Danny Tarter), Kasey Key-Herrick (Dustin), Callan Cross and Colten Cross; and his great grandchildren, Mila Key, Elijah David Tarter, Eva Moreno, Chase Reeves, Emmett Robert David Herrick and Ezra David Tarter.
