He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Baron and Genevieve Baron. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Lynne Marshall (John), Kathy Arnold (Rick), Steven Baron (Alice) and Danny Baron (Shannon); his grandchildren, Tyler Marshall (Paige), Brett Marshall (Christa Saelinger), Andrew Arnold, Emily Arnold, Griffin Baron, Mary Kate Baron, Payton Baron and Reagan Baron; and his siblings, Denny Baron (Barbara), Josette Goulet (Lane) and Donnie Baron (Susan).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home (12900 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40243). A Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ascension Catholic Church (4600 Lynnbrook Dr, Louisville, KY 40220). A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Saint Vincent de Paul in Dave's name, continuing his legacy of compassion and support for others.
