He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray David Tooley and Isabelle Winfrey Holman Tooley; his wife Judy G. Tooley; his brothers, Leslie Malcolm "L. M." Tooley and Jerry Allen "Byrd" Tooley; and his grandchild Garnita Randolph.
He is survived by: his children, Rashidah A. Tooley and David R. Tooley; his grandchildren, Germaine Randolph, Michelle Randolph (Kris) and Davion Colbert; and his brother Timmie L. Tooley. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home (304 N Main St, Burkesville, KY 42717). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
