He was predeceased by: his parents, Carole Lee (Allen) and William Arthur Fortner. He is survived by: his son Devin Anton Fortner of Louisville; his siblings, Joddie Lee Fortner of Florence, Kentucky and William Joel Fortner (Debbie) of Miami, Florida; his nieces and nephews, Brooke Fortner, Garrett Fortner and Amanda Black; and his former wife Susan Fortner. He is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
