The memory of Darlene C. Ferrell (Louisville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her mother Ernestine Ella Louise Sewell (Teddy); and her siblings, Cheryl and Andrew (Randy). She is survived by: her father Andrew Ernest Sewell, Sr.; her husband Rev. Nathaniel Ferrell; her sons, Nathaniel and Michael; her brother Rev. Ray Sewell; and her grandchildren, Brynn, Malakai, Cisely, Genevieve, Melody, Gabriel, Noah, Phoenix, Teddy and Khyia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, "bonus" sons and daughters, and many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Northeast Christian Church (9900 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville, KY 40241). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
