With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Danny Joseph Liston of Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma VanNatta Liston and John Joseph Liston Jr.; and his brothers, Jimmy and Tommy Liston. He is survived by: his wife Jan Liston; his daughter Stephanie Liston; his grandchildren, Drew Liston (Amanda) and Isabeta Rountree; his great grandchildren, Amaiyah Blakemore and Althea Liston; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Vernon (Lindsay) and Steve Vernon (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.
