He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Proctor Caulk; and his siblings, Claude W. Caulk, Sharon Goodman and Norman Keith Caulk. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Jane Pellman; and his siblings, Glen Caulk and Martha Stewart. He is also survived by one granddaughter, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at the Riverview Cemetery.
